1. Is Rancid Oil Unhealthy For You?
There are many myths about rancid oil, but the truth is that it is perfectly healthy for you to consume. It only becomes unhealthy when it’s heated to the point of becoming oxidized which alters its chemical structure.
When food reaches room temperature, good bacteria begins to grow on it and cause give you positive health benefits.
